Ingredients
2 Tablespoon chia seeds
200ml yogurt (Greek or lactose free)
25ml milk (Almond or full cream)
2 Tablespoons Baobab powder
Method
1. Mix chia seeds, baobab powder, milk and yogurt together in glass jar.
2. Leave overnight in the fridge or in a cool dry place on the countertop.
3. Garnish with fruit of choice.
4. Serve.
