All physical product sales are final and non-returnable, due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations.

Refunds are only considered for:

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

4. Subscription Payments

Subscription charges are non-refundable, but You may cancel future billing at any time.

5. Chargebacks

Harare deliveries typically take 3–7 business days.
We currently do not ship to other cities.
